About us.

Our local club was formed in 2014 by a small group of women who wanted to volunteer and make a positive impact on their community. We are part of the international women’s organization, the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, founded in 1890. The organization is dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.

Our club is also a member of our state organization, the General Federation of Women’s Clubs of South Carolina, which was formed in 1898.
